60cc weights
« on: July 06, 2016, 11:40:19 am »
Folks keep talking about the lightest and heaviest 60cc saws. So thought I would try and put together all the info I have saved in one thread.

Pho empty

6100

3750

3700

365

3500 w spike

361

360

362 II NE

262

555

562

357

Guessing the jonsered 2260 would be same as the 555. Also still looking for the echo 590 600 620.

Some pretty close competition.   Of course a lot of the older Poulans did not have chain brakes which would add some weight to them.   But that is the way they came from the factory and that is the way I use them all the time.    A lot of those saws are close enough that I would not even notice the difference.   Good comparison.

Yep agreed.  Going to add stihl 310 too when found.

Think I will do a 50cc thread too.

Im shocked by some too.  The 6100 feels a lot heavier, it just feels big.  but the 357 feels small and the weights are surprisingly close.  the cs 600 feels lighter than the 6100  funny stuff
