I didnt look for this on the race chains as it is all allowed. But did any of the race chain guys stone the side of cutters?

What I did to my chain.
I clipped the back of the cutter.
I tunneled the back of the cutter a little bit.
I thinned the outside edge of the top plate of the cutter.
I did a square grind on a Simington grinder.
I thinned the rivet heads.
I ground down the top edge of all the links of the chain at an angle to make go through the kerf better.
I cleaned up all the gullets and the links.
I did take a stone and used it a little not much on the top and side of the cutter.
I never used a file on any of it.
The rakers I shortened and thinned the inside edge only.
I also dropped the rakers a little.   I only eye balled them.

Nice Work @3000 FPS! That's why you are the "Overall" winner.

OPEwear.com will make your PRIZE TEE SHIRT.
The back of the shirt you see at http://opewear.com/product/short-sleeve-t-shirt-3/ will say,
"Chain Build Off Champion
RD3 .325 2016"

Hey thank you very much.   I take an XL.

You're very welcome. Please visit http://opewear.com/product/short-sleeve-t-shirt-3/ and open the COLOR Drop Down and tell me which color you want. Use the wording that is in the drop down so I don't make a mistake.

ACTUALLY please reply to ExCanuck's other questions on that other forum where you are @Mag Craft.

Well hope fully there will be another build off in the future.     It seems spring time a lot of the guys got real busy.    Maybe next winter.
I have never done a 3/8ths race chain before.
