Getting the right combination and from where is a real problem for me too.

Bailey's shipping policies make them unattractive for me in most cases. They are in a remote part of California on the opposite side of the USA for me. On a small single part, their shipping will eat you alive and is very slow. I have bought from them but it was when they had special sales.

Here's the ones I've been buying lately. Cheaper than the others and the same blank from what I can tell with save edge.

Yep thats a good one and have showed folks where to order online right here in Ohio this year too.  About 3 dozen on the order and was told they are about the best new file out there right now.

IMO use 1 to rough in and a new one to finish with.  Look them over and pick one with nice straight edge for the finish one.

They are located on the North edge of Columbus, Ohio just North of Polaris shopping center
