On a Pico chain  if you are going to square file it takes some grinder work before you can even get a multi beveled file on the tooth .That damned stuff is tiny and a real pain to square file .Well quite frankly any chain is a pain in the azz to square file truth be known .

Lol. Stitches suck. Only thing worth stiches is looking forward to the meds after they send u home....  ;D

I kinda figured that the one's that aren't talking much are the skilled , talented, vets. Or all of that together.

    No Matt, I never did run that 025 last weekend, but I did get a couple good looks at it. Worst part about filing the PS, is the really thick, tuff chrome layer. Reckon we oughta remove it first?
New ported Husqvarna and Jonsered saws. Woods porting of saws by appointment.

When I did my .325 chain I ground part of the file away so I could fit it in there better. 
PP 505, 475, 445.

Thats smart. Never thought of doing that. O yea I can square file but have to do each tooth in a vise one at a time to get decent results out of it. Im tipping my hand a little to stir the bucket.... ;D I can see the headline now. (Newbie smokes vets in race chain build off) :o
