Things that will separate race from work chain IMO.

Race

Thinned cutters
Stoned cutters
Thinned or reshaped small rakers
Tunneling under cutter
Cut off back of cutters heels etc or angled back of cutter
Grinding or polishing work on rivets
Dog boning
Work on top of inner drive link area ( dont know if most of you do or know about this )
Beveled edges

If sure there is more but my mind is tired right now.  If you can add to list please do.

Just want the work chain to be work chain for the guys doing work.

Filed a full sized 60 dl last night for a 3 cube..
It's so sharp, I'm gonna have to hog tie it, just to keep it from chewing through the box in transit..

I was given a pair of cut resistant gloves after I cut a finger from tip to knuckle at a poulan gtg. Was nice and have used, but I forget to most time.

Grabbed a clapped out loop from outside under the leaf pile.   ;)

ChainBuildOff, me thinks you had better make sure there are some good chain saw gloves on yer paws, and make sure your chain catcher is up to snuff

I have taken the PS3 and timed a cut then cleaned the gullets and square filed..
I think I knocked 28% off the time IIRC...
I may have to dig up some video.

Good to know
