Moparmyway  I remember now why on those videos. I had shot them but never intended posting them as they were for my use to time off of.

But some guy from another country swore his new vxl would out cut new ps3 ps chain. I called BS. They shot videos with operator rocking the cuts up down etc to show.  No way to compare chit IMO.

So I uploaded videos from my HD to YouTube to prove their BS.   :D

the N1 and ps3 and saftey chain were the winners, but the ps3 won overall. From my looker's that is what it looked like.

Most folks use 2 pieces 1 on either side of the hand. I did like this. Black for middle finger, yellow for 2 outside of middle. Perfect balance of saw cold starting.

Tape it  around handle closed with electrical tape.  You can see it on some of the orange handle saws in my pic ( 2 on left side ).

Never owned a echo back then. Most of those was woods ported work, ported gtg and racesaws. Only looks like 1 stock saw there.

I sort of went full circle. Started out stock poulan. Went ported saws and full blown race saws. Then went back to stock saws and poulan again with a echo thrown in now too.

This was my county fair racing saws when I first got into it.  The 066 had my very first square filed chain on it. Little did I know just how slow that chain was till I got little better later on.
