Saws now days have past that one. Just have to use the right builder. Lot of them leaving so much on the table IMO.

Just be careful who you use (PM for who NOT to use IMO).
One out there has been known to steal parts off your saws. I had a 2 piece head taken and replaced with slower head.  I was noticing 1 tenth slower cut test times and started looking into why. ;)

76cc I chose not to have the 2mm stroked crank to give the full 81cc for 5ci class.

EHP Ed Heard didnt have his Wiseco 52mm pistons for sale back then. So this one had a stihl 038 magnum piston in it.

I worked on my chain some today.  The PS3 no longer has the safety bumpers.   I was going to start filing it today but I am not happy with the files I have and may look for something different.

What files Roger?

I still havent even had time to break and put the chains together. Let alone TRY and file one.

Getting the OT while we are short handed at work doing 7 days a week still.  Then chit breaking down at home keeping me busy too.

In the exact same boat as you Cut !
I did have a couple of hours to add a little air coolant setup to my 511A grinder .......... works great too !!

Never seen or heard anything  like that. Nice.

You might just be a Redneck IF you can rig up air cooler to your chain grinder. ;)
