Never seen or heard anything  like that. Nice.

You might just be a Redneck IF you can rig up air cooler to your chain grinder. ;)

Welp ......... color my neck red then, cause it works pretty good ......... ice cold without a ton of air either

Mopar, what wheel is that?  Adam

CBN wheel from Diamond Wheel ........... IIRC it was $115 to my front door Sir

Kevin the files I have are the Stihl triangular shape files.   I do not like the finish they leave and the corner is not as sharp as I would like.

Never cared for any of the tri files myself Roger. Just a personal preference.

Right now I dont want to even look at another chain for a bit. Finished up all the dropped off chains on one run and hit my knuckle good on the wheel while getting complacent in repetition motion.

Yea that would be nice if CBN wheels could do square ground.   But round it is.

Be cool to have a batch made up!  Have a few chisel bit files  blanks which had been diamond electroplated. Worked well for fine tuning the cutter.

I bet it worked great.   The diamond seems to leave a smoother finish.
