One of the wheel companies said they could make one. The corner was what had me wondering if it would be as crisp as a dressed stone or file.

Any of these ring a bell?  http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/ported-saws/cbn-borazon-chain-grinding-wheels/msg38038/#msg38038

I tried to dress a wheel back in the day on the USG without the square grinder attachment.   Even with all the adjustments on it, couldnt get it right to cut worth a hoot.

It may have been diamond wheel. I think it was in the $200 neighborhood

Be cool to have a batch made up!  Have a few chisel bit files  blanks which had been diamond electroplated. Worked well for fine tuning the cutter.
How much did they cost?

Cliff gave me a couple few years ago, don't know the cost. they were made on Swiss made Save edge blanks. Emailed save edge about getting blanks and it wasn't a problem.  I'll research the blank and coating cost if there's any interest

If the corners were good, I'd be interested in a couple.. Might help with a hardened toof.
