Last night I got as far as page 30.  ;D
Sounds like with the little Echo my chain will need to have a light touch in the kerf. ;)

"You know it's sharp" or there's a knucklehead (like me) with sweaty palms doing the filing

Well I am done with my square filed chain.   I ground it first and compared it to a stock chain and was dissappointed with the results, so I have hand filed it now.   Need to clean it up and do one more test cut.

Do you attribute your as ground disappointment due to angle difference created by the chain being a Pico or Low Profile 3/8 ths pitch chain rather than being your usual regular 3/8 ths chain?

My experience with this was that the angle underneath the horizontal part of the tooth was more blunt than I desired.

I don't have any lo-pro chains or saws that use them but I can square grind one if needed.
