By the way I am back a day early due to weather.  If any locals want to drop chains off instead of shipping.

There was a few boxes here waiting on me with chains.  Not opened yet. Busy right now.
On a coffee break getting ready to go move crap in the barn to hang some  future jerky up.  Then the real work begins.
Oh dragging one of them out of the bottom of the ravine of 2 hills was work for this fat boy too.   Boy she made me earn that jerky on her.

Man you should see all this surf dad just sent home with. His retired Navy friend that owns land up from my place.  Some turf too in baby back ribs 2 full sets.

Dont even have a clue how to cook all this fish stuff from the ocean I guess from the state of Washington area.

Never seen tuna loin before. Reminds me of a pork loin looking at it through a vacuum pack.  Would this be from the blue tuna?

@EHP

There was steelhead, halibut and about 5 others I would have to go look the names written on them.

On the fish..
Use the grill, not the deep fryer.
Also, don't wait till it falls apart to pull it.

I was rapidly going backwards on 37cc and put them on 45cc to see wth was going on. This was a fun and frustrating learning experience.

You can say that again !
the 33cc stocker was getting slower and slower ............... the ported 33cc picked up good though

Pine 8x8, well seasoned. I don't know if that hurt or helped. These chains and test were done the same day. My original goals were much higher, but after negative gains the week before I'm pleased. One thing I noticed when running the saw is each step I did it got much smoother and self fed better.

Stihl lo pro chain chisel on small saws is nice chain.

First cut OTB ps3 then ps round filed.

Then I bevel filed the ps3 chain for my work chain entry.

First two cuts is the previous chain then the ps chain I bevel filed and removed junk.

I chuckled at that. Not that its ported, but I just don't see post of small saws being ported.

Sweet SF.   Is that a redmax 3800?

If so I like those saws or is it the newer strato redmax?

Shaun PM me at username chainbuildoff so I remember to send mailing address.   I check it once a day usually.

Grill all the fish?   Some are bare fillets some are with skin and some whole just gutted.

This was half full. Dad had 2 of them full when he got them. Guessing 4'  or so long.
