We dodged another bullet. Another good filer couldn't get a chain in.   Maybe next time Willard.
I was really looking forward to it....with this crazy summer weather in winter we're getting lately my tree service has gotta make hay when the sun shines.
I got a 63PS chain all apart on my work bench , started putting the cutters on a little 61PMN .043 chassis.  Would be my first mini race chain haha.
.007 DL difference from a .050 short guide bar wouldn't effect cutting efficiency any  with a chisel bit edge.

After we get done cutting with the stock echo 3900 39cc.  Going to order some more cants and run the chains again on a woods ported 026 with 12" picco bar.

If you can get your chain done by then send it in.  No set dates for 2nd round.

I have no problem throwing it in the mix.

I got at least 4-5 boxes I still need to open for the stock echo testing.

Good luck to all that sent in chains. Pretty cool IMO

Vegas odds were set when i told them who entered. ;)

Still amazed at this LP chain and square filing it.  Man I wish this stuff was out back in my racing days.  Would have been great on the 40cc under TH and 40cc under rear handle classes.

I think it is pretty cool also Kevin that there was a lot of interest from new people and experienced people both.

Hasnt even begun. But Thanks. ;)

You and others make the site happen.

If I didnt think chain saw sites needed improved back in 2011 I would have never started this site.
But there needed to be a site to help folks in chainsaw repair like this IMHO.  FREELY

I just wish those few current racers and ex racers had the time to file a chain. But I know how it is.

After the 3ci chain build I swore I would never try to square file a chain again. Let alone without my atop guide.   :o  Yeah I'm screwed.  :D
