I didn't think the little echo would have enough power to really clog with chips so I didn't do as much work on that part. I was mistaken

Are you going to run Squarefile's chain.   If so I think it will be the fastest.

All the chains that were ran before, except the broken one.

Glad the bar was not the problem. That 026 with that bar just looks fun!

I took clutch cover off and turning chain without cover on and made sure all was clearing inner metal bar mount plate.  Cutters were clearing. So put clutch cover on and the cutters wouldnt clear the high section on the 2 plastic bumpers. So instead of spacer I just popped them out. Everything looked good then.
If you removed some of the plastic bumpers material I think it could be used with them. been there before even installing new on folks saws.

Reg 3/8 7 rim was just like it always is = fine and close enough to perfect for me.

Chip clearance is key. IMO. Take a look at my round for instance. I didn't get a chance to lapp that chain, as I believe I would have been in top 3 (just opinion) I concentrated more time on chip clearance as its a work chain.
I left the bumper links on. Did anyone else leave the bumper links on?

Yes several PS3 chains still had the bumperson them in the work chains.  Guessing 5-6

Removing the bumpers was the first thing I did.    I was afraid I would slip and destroy something else.   But that was a race chain.

What did you use to clip them?

I used a 5HP stand  grinder at work  to remove most of the tabs then finished the rest off at home with a file .
