Did a little testing today regarding .325" build off chain.
Figured it would be better posted on this thread and not clog up the build thread. Hope this it is helpful to you guys.
I know I've learned a good deal from this exercise.

The first thing I did today was just kiss grind the rakers on the Stihl RSC that I Square ground the other day.
Near as I can tell they are set to .022" I did this more to "even up" all the rakers. This takes out any irregularities/Inconsistances as far as height from the manufacture. Very minimal material removal.

Next I thought it would be good to compare that square grind to the two factory chains I have ordered for the build off.
I ran the square grind first.

Final Thoughts:

I was surprised the Square held up fine with those angles.
Even more surprised at the length of those cross cut chips.
Had a bunch 4"+ and a few 5" in length.
(I've never seen That before)- Kudos to Deets for his help on this one.

My suspicions are that Stihl RSC may have the best results for the following reasons.
Slightly taller cutter, no saftey Bumpers, thinner raker, thinner rivets,Better (larger) chip flow channel.
That why I'm putting my $$$ on Stihl RS for the .325 build-off
