I used my droid 3 on macro actually.

That's a work chain on a 91dl chain that went to a new owner this evening with a 28" light bar.

Oh definately the stuff is faster ,can't debate that fact .However I can flip ye olde saw on the end of my tailgate ,sit on a 5 gallon bucket and get-er-done in 5 minutes with a file on round .I can't do that on square or at least  not yet and maybe never .

Unreal cell phone pics then. My old school cell pics look like chit and worse then trying camera on micro.  I gave up on chain pics.

The phone camera is awesome on it. It takes 720 video also. It took me around 10 minutes for a 28" chain square and maybe a hair quicker with a round file. Mostly what I file is pretty much equal in cutting speed but the square is smoother.

Man of Stihl, that looks like it's cutting great! nice job. Having a top beak is better that a side beak, but no beak is best , IMO.

TF I remember one time you compared a off the reel stock chain, then filed chain and I think then square filed chain. Do you have these videos and numbers to share still?

I may be wrong on the 3 types. I cant remember.

Man of Stihl, I haven't done anything with saws or chains in a year or so. I been playing guitar and singing in a garage band, I guess I ain't ready to grow up yet ::) Kevin, I'll look up those vids.
