That ebay dude that Brokenbudget got his chain from sells long LP Cannon bars for use with the 63ps as racesaw set ups. I'm thinking this chain will be great on small hp motors but in big wwood and higher hp the chain will clog up with chips??

Most definitely. A standard 3/8 chisel chain can be modified to cut narrower then the 63PS and have 3 times the gullet space.
But for a 50cc and under work saw with a 16"-18" b/c the 63PS is a joy to work with, sharpened with just a round file. Too bad Husky didn't make a mini 7 spline drum to accept a Picco rim like what's available for the MS241 CM.
Making a living with a saw since age 16.

I was just checking 2014 pricing. I'm good to go.   Bought ps3  2011 and ps 2013.

HolmenTree, just a few posts earlier. (Sorry, the the quote function has never worked for me, so I have to cut and paste quotes. I will try to add the names manually, and edited the post above for clarity.)

Thinning the cutters by disassembling the chassis is one other way to reduce kerf,  super time consuming and requires a jig a surface grinder for accuracy.

Philbert, other ways to quote were used before it got fixed. 2 other ways you can do in this thread.  http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/general-discussion/%27quote%27-not-working/

Yeah I know all about thinned cutter race chains.  Owned a few myself.
I misread it 1st time through. I thought I seen something about converting a regular 3/8 sprocket to picco.  Losing my freaking mind as I get older.
