I'm seeing several other variables.

The inside vertical with the small salmon is a little on the sharp side.

The blue wheel is best overall finish to me?

It is probably camera color reflections but do I see a little blue on the gray waxed?

Inside angles are blunt with the white but would probably work well in the woods.

Camera angles cause distortion and outside vertical on the blue wheel looks wrong on the left cutter and correct on the right cutter and I know the vertical dresser angle would have likely been the same on all the wheels.

Part of my inquiry is wanting you to elaborate on the problems associated with changing to wheels of different diameters and having to move the slide assembly back and forth with the Razur Sharp II ? And what I can interrelate to my Silvey Swing Arm.

By loosening the bolt and sliding the holder closer to the wheel gives you a sharper top plate, I can get about 40 degree before I hit.
Great for play chain terrible for hardwood work stuff.
Salmon wheel seems to be the best for dollar value, the blue is best over all with the nicest finish, a couple of racers have built pretty darn nice chain with them.
My RS is sitting in the garage in cobwebs, maybe time to play with it again
