I suggest stocking  five 25' rolls until you learn what is popular in the area. 3/8 and .325 in 050 and 058 plus 3/8 lo pro will cover most bases.  Packaged loops are great for the busy shop but you need to check prices from your supplier. Used to be that boxed loops were too expensive but with the labor involved in bucking and splicing they make a lot of sense. You will still need rolls for the odd sizes.

Semi chisel (low kickback safety chain) or full chisel(aggressive chain with kickback)?
