I have to go with Roger on cutting it close. I have read that on 50cc saws and smaller you could get away with 0.018 but.........I guess the new owner will find out.
Agree w/KRL & Roger.018 is as tight as I would go.  I do know of a Dolmar 7900 work saw @ .018 IRRC MCW in Oz.  I like .018 in 50cc and smaller .021-.023 in larger for work saw.  Have heard a Stihl 026 works well @ .016.

 :-\ I did use a stock gasket while putting it back together.....

I know of a 7900 that's at .014" also.

The otherday i bin to a guy who had a coil tester

The coil is shot, its now at a guy in Germany who is good on rewinding this coil and even better then original...who..hoo ;D
