Re: Active Italian made chainsaws

I've got a 2-yr-old Active 39.39 that needs some help: the lock on the safety guard doesn't retract properly when the guard is pulled back--it doesn't slide smoothly into the casing, but forces the edge of the casing up. And the chain needs tightening. Thing is, this brand isn't sold much in Spain (I live in Madrid), so I'm trying to find a repair shop that can work on it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
