I have a 20hp 42" vertical shaft AHP mower for 7 yrs.  I put new belts on it last year. New blades this year. 2 yrs ago I put tubes in the front tires. It has a B&S OHV Intek Engine which are known to chew push rods but I've not had any trouble.
