Al after you posting that ebay link and me reading it, it made me curious and I went to read the print on this one.

Right on the bottom of decal on top rear area it does say Chainsaw Division, Harrison, Ohio.

So these were made in Ohio?

It gets confusing .It might have been "home ported " in Ohio but could have been manufactured just about anywhere .

Well take a Mac 250 .It says  L.A. California but they were also made in Peterbourgh Ontario .

Lombard was made so many places under so many names unless a person were a true expert on things which I'm not it's hard to say where they were made ,by whom or under what marketer .Like Campbell -Hausfield was one marketer .I doubt they ever actually made anything .American Lincoln was another .The Comanga and Lightning were actually cloned and embelished Homelite XL 12's having a larger displacement .

You get into things like for instance Dayton who sold rebadged Poulans as well as "store  brands " like Western Auto it's a real chore to figure out what you have .

The deeper you get the more confusing it becomes .
