3818 Lumberjack Wen   

Took some pics while fixing.  Upload and post later.

Oil cap just goes round and round and looks to have been pried out before = crracked in center areas.
I  couldnt get the oil cap off unscrewing it and I didnt want to pry on it till I talk to owner.  Guessing stripped threads on cap or tank.

Uses 3/8LP chain.

Looking for IPL for this saw and all I keep finding is that Mac Cat 3818.  Anyone post me a link to IPL for this saw?

I have one older than in the pictures you posted. But it is a Chin Finn but looks like one of the McCulloch Mexican versions.

The newer ones are related to Husqvarna - Red Max?

Being this Mac had 3818 on it I assumed it was 38cc and it did have 18" bar.  Today while looking it over for more info to order oil cap.
I found it was 46.6cc and made  08 / 2009 . Never found where made etc but found this. Sumec Hardware and Tools Co. LTD, on the OEM sticker.

I've been trying to figure out what this saw is - is there anything on it that says McCulloch? 

It's pretty clearly this: http://www.sumecpower.com/main/OurProducts/Outdoor%20products/Chain%20Saw/Products.aspx?PName=GT5280&ParentID=33&SortID=37&ID=809  Usually the Chinese designs are derivations of something else, often Zenoah designs, but this does not appear to be.  It seems to have some similarities to the saws being sold as Ryobi (recently Homelite).
