I am sure you can get some stihl full chisel PS3 or PS made up.  I know I went with PS3 on my echo pole pruner.  Quicker in the cut so I wasnt holding over my head as long.

It is probably full skip Oregon 0.043" with double shark fin bumpers.  Like kickback is a concern on a pole saw!
