I have a Whipper Clipper which is a tall wheeled brush mower that is suppossed to be able to cut 1" brush. It uses a thick mower blade though .Also might make mention at one time Gravely made a horizontal front mount blade that they used to lop off Christmas trees.

I am thinking about the one I posted here. Seems it might be easier to handle then metal blade on weed wacker.

Anyone used one that can give me feedback?
