Owner picked up saw today and made some test cuts out back.   He was a very happy man  8)   Thanks again Mitch.

I even give him one of those black square chainsaw cases to keep it in with adjustable bar cover.  I hate cases and he made him even happier to protect the saw in back of truck etc.  ;D

That saw design is dead ringer of a Homelite xl 12 .Seems a lot of saw manufacturers used that same basic design ,Lombard ,Remington ,Poulan and heaven only knows how many more .

The funny thing is that all the companies models produced more cc's and power than the homelite.

Yep just what I said they were all bigger and more powerful than the homie...not that I am trying to take anything away from the good ole american homelite. The poulans smallest version was 3.6/361 and remingtons was 3.6/PL4.
