Thanks Miller-Thinner2, I don't know about the waist strap, so will have to check it out. My brother was in a car accident years ago that broke his neck. So he and I need to pay particular attention to what he can comfortably operate. The machine is supposed to have 6-way bicycle handle bars and this harness that allows the 20 pound weight of the machine to be in balance when you are operating it.
