Is a Zama C1Q-597

Stihl 4140 120 0612 B

I have a 025 chainsaw that originally had a single needle carb. It sure seemed to me that the single low speed needle effected the high speed a little bit?

The 0619 is a C1Q-S186 and it is for the 45,46,& 55
