Well least I know  I wont be out of town on vacation traveling on the 8th now.  Son just informed me he is going to take the ACT again on that date  to try and raise his score above his 30 he got as a 10th grader.

I laid some $$ for a 31 and some $$$ for a 32 out in front of him.

I should be able to make it .In the mean time I'll  have to see how many saws will start .That always remains a mystery .

If you only had two or three chainsaws that wouldn't be such a problem?
We should share what we know... someone may learn...

If anyone is bringing their better half who doesn't consider a full day of slingin' chips a fun time, there is a festival going on in Van Wert. There used to be a lot of peony farms around Van Wert and they still have the Peony Festival every year. Craft shows, art shows, car show, garden tours, etc. Sort of your typical small town festival. Here is a link of the activities.

I'll probabley bring about 10 or so .Lawdy I'd need a semi to bring them all then most of them wouldn't start .

Some times the things get to be a pain in the neck .A majority of the oldies might only get ran at GTG's 2-3 times a year .You never know when they might take a fit on you .

With my work schedual and other activities there just isn't enough time to keep them all in tip top running condition .

If you bring 10 runners, you'll have more than me. I've reached the point where its time to stop getting new projects and complete the ones I have.

What will it take to cut most of what you have on hand?  24" or will we need a longer bar too.

Any certain Poulan or Echo or other chainsaws anyone wanting to try out.

Some Poulans. New PP5020 = 5016 ( I have never put a 20" on it) clamshell design only on 2nd tank. PP505  475 445 415 3500 365 WT2375 1950 1800TH 2100  cant recall the rest off hand.  Craftsman version of poulan 3000

Some Echos. 3900 4500 6700 8000 702 452 280TH  cant recall the rest off hand.

Redmax 5000 woods ported 3/8

Husqvarna 46cc OE 346xpg woods ported 3/8
353 that was sold as parts saw. I cleaned up the scored piston and cylinder and put a ring on it. Just show they dont have to be perfect to cut firewood.

Let me know before hand because I am trying to not bring a slew and just a select few.

24 inch will be good for everything I have right now exept the cottonwood. You'll need a 36 inch to get through it in one cut. I also have several 12 inch logs for smaller saws.
