It's Wiggs KY GTG and Wiggs rules for chain was.

You supply your chain

Chain can be either 3/8 or .325. It must be NEW in the package, and will be inspected prior to running.

Nothing said about has to be round.  How can you throw the GTG Host own 2nd place saw out because he used a square chain new out of the box per his rules?   ???

 and 4th place

jeremy did not use a square ground chain. one of scotts saws had square ground and one of jack walkers saws. jeremy is the one that said round ground. it wasnt posted in the rules post. i believe someone asked later on in his thread what could be used and that is when it was said that its round ground only. so if you didnt follow the entire thread you wouldnt have known.wasnt my rules.   his meaning of any chain was just for 3/8 or .325 pitch or whatever brand you wanted to use.  the times that are written beside those saws is not right by a long shot. thats why i had to redo the cut times. mikes oe saw ran in the 9's but has 7. something wrote down beside it.  i dont know who figured the times but i think they got some numbers skewed and it made the results a little off.

Nice work Scott.

I've spent quite a bit of time checking the times out and it gets very confusing with the 346's.

I obviously scored 2nd to last time with Jack's DD 346OE but that is a really nice running saw. Like to get one of them in the arsenal some day!!

I just through another PP ported 45cc together today. Couldnt stand it after receiving box and 30mins or so later, pulled my stock 346 down I was cutting with yesterday just to test it with stock muffler and 346 carb.

I just really like the ported 45cc for general small work.

I'm pretty amazed how that 351 with the OE 346 top end runs.
I wish I had swapped the 50APL chain and bar to it instead of running the .325 RSC.

I want to play! ;D  When is the next runing?  I may not have anything that will run with you, but I want to make sure  :P

I may need to find out what the rules are.
