Electric Chainsaw vs Chaps
Husqvarna T536LI XP Vs Stihl Chaps

Good to see and that end the rumors I hear from folks saying chaps wont stop a corded or battery saw.

Still want to see tested on a corded saw.  Everything I read on chaps still say no on corded.

Good video!
But I would like to see a Stihl 110volt electric plug in saw on this same test.

Told the guy that found this one I would like to see a corded one tested too. ;)

I just checked Stihl's website and they got corded models from 120volt and 230volt.
That video of the Husqvarna 536 shows the saws overload protection cutting in .
Whenever I accidently trip my 536 chain brake when cutting I have to reset the master switch.
I believe some of the heavy duty corded saws only have  overload protection for running when too hot.
Stihl actually states in there electric saws specifications that "chaps don't offer protection from most electric saws".
