The 116Si usually had a Kobelschmidt cylinder whereas the 120Si cylinder was a Mahle. But they were identical except for bore and the fins being slightly larger on the 120Si. The external fins varied on all these cylinders over the years. There were ones with and without fins under the exhaust ports and there were some with the fins removed to the left of the spark plug to allow room for the spark plug wire.

The piston cylinder sets for the 116S/120S were interchangeable but are no longer available. There is a guy that frequents this site that has some new old stock pistons for the 120S/6800 available.

Be careful comparing the 116/120 with the "S" versions as there were differences.
