Dolmar 119 IPL Question.
« on: March 30, 2016, 02:57:42 pm »
Years ago i bookmarked the Dolmar 119 IPL at Atlantic Power but the link is no good. All the current links I can find take you to a version of the gridserver page here:

http://s30387.gridserver.com/partsDiagrams/Dolmar%20112%20114%20117%20119%20120%20and%20120S.pdf

Of course, the 119 doesn't have a column of it's own. What's the saw I should be using to look up parts for my 119? I'm assuming the 120 is closest, but what do I know?

The 112, 114, 117, 119, & 120 are all the same saw family with different bores. The newer 120Si & 116Si are a different family. There's yet a even newer family along these sizes, the 6000i & 6800i then there's the 6400's and 7900's

Thank you for the info, I down loaded it this time instead of depending on a bookmark.

My saw is missing a few pieces, mostly some AV mounts and the correct hardware to hold everything together.
Someone has lost most of the original hardware for the recoil and covers and it's held together with a mishmash
of junk draw rejects. The clutch cover is from a 6000i according to the stickers on it. but it seems to function. I
also received a 6000i chassis missing the entire top end, carb, intake and covers. The front bar is also gone.
I does appear that most of what I am missing can be scavenged from the newer saw.

Here's some older photos I added to Magnus' library a few years ago:

I have a good running Dolmar 119.   You can still find parts once in awhile on ebay for them.
