The cheap MityVac is considered to only do vacuum but with a car vacuum/pressure gauge and a check valve you can do pressure with one too.

The pressure value as said is 7 lbs. Pressure works best for boots and gaskets. You can check with soap bubbles.

Seals are better checked with vacuum. The value is 15" and all seals leak but your test pass-fail is that the saw still has 10" vacuum after 30 sec.
