Video not that good. I wish I'd had him take it with my iphone. The guy with me had an old phone and would prob have a rough time using mine.

Double the line through a pulley at the hook.
This will give your 2000 lb winch double the power but it will be twice as slow.

Put a pulley on the hook position and bring the cable back up to your frame and permanently attach the end of the cable to the main frame.

Like a snatch block pulley set up.

It's nice to see that log going for a better use than firewood! Although I really enjoy a fire!
