Sachs Dolmar 133
« on: October 25, 2011, 08:14:14 pm »
Here is a SD133 that I rebuilt a bit ago. The original case was broken but I used a 143 case on it as kind of a upgrade.

It also got a new piston, rings, seals, gaskets and a carb rebuild. It runs well and I like the feel of it.

I would like to put the brake parts on it if I could find them and need a bucking spike for it as well. The spike thats on it is a reworked Stihl part thats kinda funky on it.

I Randy! Glad to see you!

I have done some improvments to the 133 since I posted this up. I replaced the broken recoil housing and got all the chainbrake parts installed on it. When I get time, I plan on looking into changeing the bar studs to maybe use a more common bar mount on it.

Mike gave me the idea of maybe using some Stihl studs on it but I'm not sure how the drive link counts will end up with the brand X bar on it.

I think there is only one way we will all know.LOL
You check and see and we will take notes!!!

The only thing I can say for certain is that I have a 20" 72 link Stihl mount bar on this 120SI (with the Stihl studs) and it is fine.
Fits good and has plenty of adjustment.
