broken exhaust bolt

I have an echo cs346 that I have owned since new.  Recently the lower exhaust bolt broke and I replaced it along with the exhaust gasket and today it broke again.  Today makes only the second time I have used the saw since I made the repairs.  This bolt broke off flush with the aluminum housing just as the first one did.  I have a hard time believing that I would get a faulty bolt...in the same hole with the same break.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why both bolts broke in the same manner?

The bolts are breaking from vibration. You may have to fabricate a muffler support brace on the outside of the muffler to keep the whole muffler from vibrating if it doesn't already have one. Also if they get loose they have a tendency to vibrate and break, a little high temp RTV on the threads will keep them from backing out.
