just got a cs660evl. needs a carb  build but did get it to run. wondering how similar it is to the newer 670, 6700? anyone got any ideas. also, i hear the electronic ignition on the 660 can be troublesome and hard to get. any of the other saws that will swap ignitions?
now is never here but the past is always present.

I took a 6700 in trade awhile back. Put a clutch cover with chain brake on it, if interested. I just have a 18" on it right now.

Thnx for the offer, but I am hoping this 670 will be a runner soon. Tore it down tonight,  looks like a new piston and some aluminum transfer removal will be what is needed.

Picked up a gently used, clean CS-670 this morning.
