I find the 1/4 micro stuff very easy to file with the 3.2mm file myself.   Is super smooth and the climbers like it for pruning. I had my doubts but like it now for my uses.

I really really like PS PS3 though. But can live with this 1/4" micro

I'll try to reacquaint myself with embeding here.    Happy with the performance and build on this little guy so far.     I greased the base and have no leakage

You just run a bead of white lithium grease around where the air filter mates to the carb?that was my first idea then i changed my mind went with an o-RING that made no difference at all...think i will try the grease again as i never gave it a go.. I changed my mind before trying it out.....hmmm Maybe Mitch is going to mod the muffler and let us have a peek inside....I cant even find out how much a spare muffler is.... i think you could dremal the tack welds and pop it apart... but i dont weld so not sure how ya would put it back together....my clutch are was so full of gunk after the last palm job... next time i will take some pics..... the cs 355t seem to shoot stuff out better... its pretty tight in the clutch cover area on the cs 2511t.....I look forward to more people using them and figuring out fixes to the problems....still have not made it to my dealer to take the saw to him... i checked my piston and its fine... guess echo wants him to check it out... as they said it was to much stuff inside the filter halves.... witch i agree....

You can braze the muffler back together with a torch and silver solder wire.
