I haven't made a public video in a couple years just dozens of unlisted quick ones to help people out.  Got burned out and busy with kids.

Stock saw.

Cat bypassed.

Muffler has an internal splitter directing gasses  into a cat.   You can easily bypass the cat.  I'll upload the images to a host tomorrow

Nice work with that little Echo. With that flat cylinder base lots more power making milling that base and finish off with port work.
With that all done I wouldn't bother with the little 71PM .250 chain. Just run regular .250
Making a living with a saw since age 16.

Looks like Echo made some running changes.  Little transfer filler.

Little exhaust port decomp action.   Cylinder quality is top notch.

Full tear down, minus the top handle controls could be done in fifteen minutes.  Fuel lines are accessed through a panel on top in 30 seconds.  Muffler is a plastic cover and three mount screws away.  Carb is two bolts that fasten to embedded metal with only the throttle cable and purge line to unhook.   Possibly one of the easiest saws I've worked on in awhile.....ALL T27...
