I would go with echo never had a dolmar, and don't ever really plan on it,,,(not being snooty) its just my p.o.v.
My climbing saw is a stihl but it does ok, other then that i have only owned husky or echo. And the build quality on the echo's are just hard to beat IMO. But, i have seen now where the prices are starting to come up with the husky , and stihl's.

Got a 271T  that would be perfect for pruning.  ;D

Been wanting one of those. Settled for older heavier echo 340T.

I have the 6100, it is a very solid well built machine.  But if someone gave me the echo 620 I would keep it. Might make it hard to decide which one to use.

Was wondering about this info yesterday how it compared to 620. Felt the 6100 was in the 590 620 class.
