NEW CS590, first break-in run...
Big puddle of chain oil straight beneath that did not stay in channel leading to upper hole in bar, although watched some did oil chain properly.
Inspection- seems spring-steel like plate between motor and bar designed to create fluid routing, is not sealing well enough. Rubber type oil outlet piece is short and gap to housing may be issue too but think hard plate just not sealing against housing...imo
Read previous years-old same complaint, no real answers.
Question is there an "Echo" fix?
Thinking a soft Alu, Thin plastic or rubberized gasket type is needed against housing to keep oil going to bar hole.
Trying to contact Echo HQ/IL Tech seems a rabbit 🕳
