I have had this saw for probably 10 years now. What is the Echo equivalent?  The only thing I have done all this time is change spark plug and clean off the screen on the muffler a couple of times.  I picked it up today and it started on the second pull like always even though it hadn't been started for about 6 months.  Yes is it is a little heavy for it's power but always has been dependable.
