Art I was looking at the 3700 4000 152 156  yesterday pretty good.

I like the build of the 156 over the 152 for only $70 more here.  But the 156 is the one you are having all the crankcase troubles with right? Is it aluminum or magnesium crankcase on the 156?

156 was $399  and 152 was $329 and the trim saws were $239 and $269

156 case is mag, the 165 is aluminium. The guy with the two case issues bought 4 of the 156 models. 2 failed, the other two are fine. He likes Efco saws. He has just ordered a new MT 7200.

156 165 clutch covers question. Will a 962 clutch cover work?

Grrrrr it was a 952 not 962 used one.  :-[

I can only find new complete ones with all the brake hardware etc for $119.

Every brake part is available expect cover. Covers are junk. Every Efco I sold for pro use has broken covers.
