Dayton/Poulan 400A
« on: October 30, 2012, 11:24:02 pm »
Ships from 24092 Virginia

Here is a Dayton 2Z462A, which is a Poulan 400A, with good compression and fire. I had originally thought the rings were bad but after messing with the decomp valve the saw is now reading 150psi, so that valve will need to be removed and cleaned. I can get the saw to start but the carb will need to be rebuilt, the fuel line seems to be very hard, the clutch drum is worn out and the drum bearing needs replaced. This saw decal states 21" bar but the included bar is closer to 16", I also believe it is a Mac mount which makes it fit the studs loosely.

$60 plus shipping
