it does seen to be dying at wot  a little.  starting seems to have been a blocked air filter but it is still reluctant to start.  Without the fabric air filter it starts fine which suggests that it is still blocked.  Bit confused tbh !!

Will persevere and hope I done make a complete arse of it.
