257 leaking gas when I'm filling the tank...

Today, every time I fueled up my 257, it started leaking out of the other side, but when I sat it up after refueling, it stopped.  No, it wasn't overflow or me having bad aim.  Just looking for ideas of what it might be before I start pulling it apart, which I'm not going to start until I'm done with it this week.  I'm guessing maybe a crack in the fuel line.

You either have a bad tank vent or a rotted fuel line where the fuel line exits the tank.

I agree.  One or both of the issues that KRL mentioned are likely to blame here.
