Thanks Cut4fun.  I needed a parts break out.  I'm still not sure if I have to bust the tank open to change the line but I suspect I do.  Are there any recommended parts sources for Husky?

Hook the end of the line out of the tank with a bent wire through the fill cap hole to change the filter.

Use a piece of wire with a "U" bend in the end.

I use http://www.jackssmallengines.com/help.cfm#/Husqvarna_Power_Equipment/288_(2000-02)/Fuel_Tank/08%7c%7e147%7c%7e361/081470012
This may or may not be for your YM but you can navigate from here.  For best price Google Husqvarna + PN.
