I would rebuild it as a 362.   You could widen the intake and exhaust ports a little and muffler mod it and leave out the base gasket.    That would make a good strong runner and would have the minimum amount of investment in parts.

That would make for a lot easier resale of the saw at a lower price if you so desired.
