Yeah Adam the saw was tired however the guy decided to to his own work, now the saw is sill tired but also broken! He evidently didn't get the ring situated or aligned properly with the locating pin before trying to force the cylinder on. Well he got it on but there is 0 compression and there are pieces of the ring in the bottom end and there is a chunk of piston in there too. Bottom line, cylinder is OK but he needs a new piston and ring! Good thing it had no compression otherwise he probably would have tried to start it!

Wow that is lucky the cylinder was ok.
